If ‘reflect” means to “think back” – or “mirror back” – we find that we come up with verbs…the things we did together: We gathered, we ate, we laughed, embraced, found old and new friends…

We sang, we blessed, we welcomed our speaker, and then…We sat quietly, thought, prayed, sang…internalized, prayed and sang some more, we danced. We marveled at “how good we sounded. We sang in harmony with deeply reflective words and we wondered why we haven’t sung more, every moment of our lives, silently or out loud

We walked slowly, quietly – some of us struggling to keep silence, others reveling in the silence – and when we reached Vesper Point, we sat huddled together in the cold. We heard over and over again, of the radical inclusiveness of our leader, Yeshua, Jesus ( Brother Joe used his Aramaic name). We considered our own dedication to inclusiveness
